The gain of the BC441-4 will be in the range from 40 to 70, for the BC441-5 it will be in the range from 60 to 130, for the BC441-6 it will be in the range from 115 to 250.The complementary PNP transistor to the BC441 is the BC461.You can replace the BC441 with the 2N5321 or BC141.
